I could tell then, that she totally knew the ins and outs of getting a transaction to settlement, no matter what it took. THAT is what makes her now, a great office manager. I was referred to Maria by another agent after our search in PA did not work out. As soon as we met Maria, we knew she was the right choice. I think we looked at least 100 properties, if not more throughout south Jersey. Maria was tireless, she listened to what we wanted and needed, and keep working for us throughout the entire time it took us to find a house and close. My kids loved coming with us to 'hang out' with Maria and they still talk about Maria taking us to all the different houses in the area. The house we bought we looked at several times and made an offer but the owners were not willing to sell at our price at that time. A few months later, Maria got us back in to negotiating and in the end we were able to close at the right price for us and the sellers. She was at the property for every inspection and even assisted in dealing with other issues such as mold remediation before closing. Should we move again in an area where Maria can be our agent, she will be our first call. We will also refer anyone to her that is thinking of moving to south Jersey in Maria's area. She doesn't 'blow smoke' to get us to buy any property, she helped us find the property we really wanted! She really is a great real estate agent and a great person.
